We provide multimedia services including video production, podcast recording, commercial creation, editing, studio rentals, and related creative services.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed through email or message.
- Advance payment may be required to block studio dates or start production.
- Final payments must be made before the release of final files.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate project information
- Share necessary files on time
- Review drafts promptly
- Respect studio rules during shoots
Delays caused by clients may extend timelines.
4. Deliverables
We provide deliverables as per the project agreement, including:
- Raw footage (if included)
- Edited videos
- Audio files
- Graphic elements
- Final exported content
Revisions are provided as per the agreed revision limit.
5. Intellectual Property
- All footage shot by us remains our property until full payment is made.
- After payment, rights transfer to the client unless stated otherwise.
- We may use finished work for our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Booking cancellations may be subject to charges.
- Refunds are not provided for partially completed projects unless agreed by both parties.
- Studio cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss due to technical failures beyond control
- Delays caused by natural events, emergencies, or power outages
- Misuse of content by third parties once delivered to the client
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
We protect client data and project content. Confidential material will not be shared without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued website use means acceptance of new terms.
